Registration Rules

All participants must register through the official NEVIS platform before the stipulated deadline.

Players cannot edit their registration details directly after submission to maintain bracket integrity.

Providing false information (such as age, identity, or ranking) will result in immediate disqualification.

Payment Rules

Registrations are only considered 'Confirmed' after successful manual verification of the UTR reference number.

Submitting fake or duplicate UTR numbers will lead to a permanent ban from the platform.

Registration fees are strictly non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation.

Sportsmanship

All participants must maintain the highest standards of sportsmanship and fair play.

Abusive language, physical altercations, or disrespectful behavior towards referees, organizers, or opponents will not be tolerated.

Referees and match officials hold the final authority on all in-game decisions.

Reporting Time

Players/teams must report to the registration desk at least 30 minutes before their scheduled match time.

A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed, after which a walkover will be awarded to the opponent.

Schedules are subject to change; players must stay updated through platform announcements.

Identity Verification

Players must carry a valid government-issued ID (Aadhar, PAN, Driving License, or Student ID if applicable).

For age-restricted categories, age proof is mandatory before the first match.

Failure to produce valid identification upon request will result in disqualification.

Disqualification Conditions

Use of performance-enhancing substances, unauthorized equipment, or external assistance (cheating) is strictly prohibited.

Failing to report on time, producing fake IDs, or engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct will trigger immediate disqualification without refund.

By registering for any tournament on the NEVIS platform, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all the rules and guidelines listed above. The organizers reserve the right to modify these rules in the interest of fair play and event management.
