By completing a registration and payment on the NEVIS platform, you agree to this Refund Policy. As tournament slots are limited and preparations are made based on participant count, registrations are generally non-refundable except under specific circumstances outlined below.
If an organizer completely cancels a tournament, all registered participants are entitled to a full 100% refund of their registration fee.
If a technical glitch causes your account to be debited twice for a single registration, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
If the organizer manually rejects your registration (e.g., due to category mismatch or capacity limits) after your payment was successfully processed, a full refund will be initiated.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original UPI ID or bank account used during registration.
NEVIS provides the platform, but the tournament organizers are ultimately responsible for initiating and approving refunds according to these guidelines.
