Find quick answers to common questions about platform usage, tournament participation, and payments.
Registration
Navigate to the 'Tournaments' tab, select your desired tournament, and click 'Register Now'. Fill out the required player or team details, complete the payment, and submit the form.
Registration details cannot be edited directly once submitted to prevent bracket discrepancies. However, if edits are necessary (e.g., a typo in your IGN), you may request edit access by contacting the organizer.
Once you submit your registration, its status will be 'Pending'. After the organizers manually verify your payment reference (UTR), your status will update to 'Confirmed' and you will be notified.
Yes! If a tournament offers multiple categories (e.g., Men's Singles and Men's Doubles), you can register for both. You will need to submit separate registrations for each category.
Late registrations are strictly not accepted once the brackets are generated. We recommend registering well before the deadline to secure your slot.
Payments
We currently support direct UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.). You must scan the provided QR code or use the provided UPI ID, and then enter your 12-digit UTR reference number during registration.
Don't worry! All payments are manually verified by our team. This process usually takes 2-4 hours. If your registration is still pending after 24 hours, please contact support with your UTR number.
Tournament Participation
Absolutely! You can participate in as many tournaments as you like, provided the schedules do not conflict.
If there are changes to the schedule, venue, or rules, all registered participants will be notified via email and an alert will be posted on the tournament's page.
Results & Certificates
Match results are updated live on the tournament brackets. Final winners are officially announced on the platform's Results page and across our social media channels.
Digital participation and merit certificates are typically distributed within 72 hours of the tournament's conclusion.
